Sanjeewani Priyadharshini to receive house today
Sanjeewani Priyadharshini, a student of Ratnawali Balika Vidyala,
Borella will receive keys for a house from Construction, Engineering
Services, Housing and Common Amenities Minister Wimal Weerawansa at the
school premises today.

Sanjeewani who obtained three 'As' at the GCE AL 2012 examination
will receive the house on the directive of President Mahinda Rajapaksa
who learnt about the girl's excellent performance despite living in a
house that goes underwater frequently. The new house is located within
the Housing Complex at Janasewana Sinhapura Borella and is valued at Rs
three million.
Minister Weerawansa will also open a new unit of Ratnawali Balika
Vidyalaya and a Computer Unit. |
