Man nabbed with sea turtles

Two live sea turtles reddied for slaughter by a resident of
Pandirippu, Jaffna were seized by the Police Special Task Force.
The STF also arrested the suspect who had the two turtles in
captivity.
Each turtle weighed around 30 kgs.
The STF arrested the suspect at Shanthires area in Ilavali Police
Division, Jaffna.
The 43 - year - old suspect is a resident of St Mary's Street,
Pandirippu, Jaffna.
Ilavali Police are investigating.
