Wadduwa Police invite owners to identify stolen articles
Wadduwa Police are seeking public assistance to identify the owners
of 45 gold chains, nine pendants and a gold clasp that are among the
stolen gold jewellery which the Police recovered pawned in several
government and private banks and pawning centres.
The Police made the recovery following information received from two
suspects when they were interrogated under detention.
Owners of 37 gold chains have been identified.
The public can identify the jewellery at the Wadduwa Police Station.
