Illegal immigrants further remanded

Colombo Additional MagistratePrasanna Alwis yesterday further remanded the 11 suspects remanded earlier for allegedly attempting to leave the country to Australia on forged documents.

The magistrate further remanded the 11 suspects until January 8, 2013.

The Criminal Investigation Department conducting investigations into the case yesterday submitted a further report to court in connection with investigations.
