PS passes resolution to arrest girl’s assailants

The Velanai Pradeshiya Sabha has passed a resolution to arrest those responsible for the death of a four-year-old girl allegedly by strangulation. It is alleged that the girl had been sexually abused and strangled to death. This incident had provoked high tension and anger in Mandaithivu Ward No.2 where the girl’s body was floating in a well.
