| The Hatton National Bank PLC entered
in to a fresh ‘Collective Agreement’ with the HNB PLC
Officers’ Union pertaining to the revision of salaries cum
other benefits of the ‘Juniour Executives’ of the Bank for
the period 2012/15.The signing of the Collective Agreement
took place at the Employers Federation of Ceylon Rajagiriya
and the picture shows the Deputy General Manager (HR and A)
of HNB, Mancius Paiva, exchanging the Agreement with
Indrajith Senadhira, President of the HNB PLC Officers
Union. Also in picture are Ravi Pieris, Director General Of
the Employers’ Federation, officials of HNB and Exco members

Sheamalee Wickramasingha, Group
Managing Director of Ceylon Biscuits Limited (CBL), recently
inaugurated a Media Unit donated under the Munchee Samaga
Gamata Sarana
Programme for the benefit of students of the Jayanthi
Navoddhya Vidyalaya, Nikaweratiya. A large gathering of
invitees, including the principal, teachers, students and
community leaders in the area were also present on the
occasion. Munchee Samaga Gamata Sarana is the Community
Development Initiative of CBL, under which over 50 projects
have been already donated for the benefit of thousands of
people in various parts of the country, including the North
and East. |

| The Ceylinco Insurance PLC
ceremonially opened a new branch at Main Street,
