Bodhi pooja held

The 13th Battalion of the National Cadet Corps held a special bodhi pooja ceremony to invoke blessings on President Mahinda Rajapaksa Defence Secretary, Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and the people at Koombiyangoda temple in Matale on December 22.

The bodhi pooja was held on the instructions of National Cadet Corps Headquarters Director Major General Gamini Jayasundera (RWP, RSP). The bodhi pooja is being organized by the commanding officer of the 13th battalion Col. Sriyantha Wickramasooriya and the other officers with the help of the cadets.
