Singer wants debentures amended

Singer (Sri Lanka) Plc ("the Company") has informed the Colombo Stock Exchange that the number of debentures appearing in the initial listing application submitted by the company to the CSE as per rule 2.2.2 (a) of the CSE Listing rules (from which the number of debentures to be listed is extracted ) should be amended.

Accordingly, the number of debentures of the company to be listed on the Main Board of CSE has been amended to 6,444,000 debentures.
