DCWCA felicitates past women cricketers, pioneer members

In view of the 15th Anniversary, Colombo District Women's Cricket Association held it's Colours Nite and Awarding Ceremony to felicitate veteran women cricketers who have resigned form domestic cricket) and pioneers members of the association on October 24 at Sinhalese Sports Club (SCC), Colombo 7.

This is the first time that this type of event is taking place in women's cricket field. The association has taken this steps as a gratitude to their service towards this game with all difficulties and also to give some publicity to pioneer players.
