(3) The Average Weighted Prime Lending Rate (AWPLR) and the Lowest Prime

banks was 14.13 percent and 11.80 percent respectively.

(4) The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of commercial banks for the
month of October, 2012 was 9.46 percent.
