No fuel for fake notes

Panadura Police arrested a suspect when he attempted to purchase fuel by producing a counterfeit note in the denomination of Rs 1,000 at a filling station in Horethuduwa, Panadura North on Monday.

The suspect, a resident of Keselwatte was produced before the Panadura magistrate yesterday.
