Coconut, widely known for plating up an eclectic and intriguing
mixture of flavours that rendezvous flirtatiously with both Western and
Eastern palates, has a special promotion this October and November at
the Cantaloupe Aqua.
Cantaloupe Aqua's Executive Chef Nandana's special promotion, focused
on 'coconut' offers one the chance to have a full set menu meal, with
each course offering an amazing range of Thai dishes, all fused with a
hint of the theme - coconut available for lunch and dinner.
Chef Nandana recently completed a culinary course at the world
famous, Blue Elephant Cooking School.
His food philosophy and culinary style is extremely simple but never
fails to impress, any one of his dishes will have sentiments from at
least two nations of the world. Fusion is his greatest skill. |
