SLTC Horse Races at Nuwara Eliya

The Sri Lanka Turf Club will be holding the October Horse Race Meet on October 27 commencing at 10.30 am at the Nuwara Eliya Race Course.

A card of five events of horse racing will be worked out on that day. It will be an eventful weekend for Colombo sport lovers to make their way to Nuwara Eliya to witness the Saturday's exciting sporting event and also thus escape the sweltering heat.

The Organizing Committee is headed by Gamini Jayaratne (President SLTC), Raj Weeraratne (Secretary-SLTC), Anouka Soza (Trasurer-SLTC), Sirimevan Senanayake (Chairman-Board of Stewards), Rajan Sellamuttu (Deputy Chairman-Board of Stewards), Rajah Sinnathuray (Stewards).
