Lankan nabbed attempting to smuggle gems, jewellery
The Customs Anti Narcotics Bureau at the
Bandaranaike International Airport yesterday arrested a Sri Lankan
with a stock of jewellery and gems. Investigations revealed Anti
Narcotics Bureau officers at the BIA searched the man yesterday
morning and found 5.5kgs of jewellery and 379 grams of stones.
