Annual Herman Loose/De Soyza Trophy passing out parade today

The passing out parade of annual Herman Loose/De Soyza Trophy Camp will be held today at the Rantembe National Cadet Corps Training Centre under the patronage of Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa and Director National Cadet Corps Major General Gamini Jayasundera.

Over 2,000 cadets representing 74 platoons of the Tri-forces and the Police will participate in the parade while cadets and officers of the SAARC countries will also make their presence at the parade.

The cadets are given comprehensive training at this centre aimed at developing their talents, leadership qualities, discipline and self-confidence to take up future challenges.
