J.B. CocoShell increases stake in E-Channelling

J.B. CocoShell (Pvt) Ltd, has increased it stake in E-Channelling PLC by purchasing 3,355,741 voting ordinary shares of E-Channelling PLC during the period October 1 to 5, 2012.

Prior to the above purchase, J.B CocoShell, held 12 ,003,264 ordinary voting shares of E-Channelling PLC, an online health service company, Colombo Stock Exchange sources said. With the latest purchase of 3,355,741 voting ordinary shares of E-Channeling PLC, J.B CocoShell holds 15,359,005 voting ordinary shares as at October 05 or approximately 12.57% of issued share capital of E-Channelling PLC. E-Channelling PLC is an online health service company and J.B. CocoShell (Pvt) Ltd is a client of LOLC Securities Limited.
