All benefit from govt's development programmes - Rajitha

There are no political differences in the development process
implemented in Sri Lanka, Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development
Minister Dr Rajitha Senaratne said.
All sections of the society are experiencing the benefits of
development programmes implemented in Sri Lanka without difference. All
Sri Lankans should support the government's development process, he
said. The minister was addressing the opening ceremony of eight roads in
the Beruwela electorate recently.
The minister opened eight roads including St Mariya Road, Payagala,
First Lane, Dahampahanagama, Senanayake Mawatha, Payagala North and
Simon de Silva Mawatha, Kaluwamodara. The government spent around Rs 10
million for the road development project under the Maga Neguma road
development programme. "All measures are in place to develop
infrastructure facilities in Beruwela of which around 30,000 persons
will become beneficiaries of the project," he said.
"We have completed 80 percent road development projects in the area.
The government allocated Rs 53 million to develop three hospitals. All
facilities of the hospitals will be completed in the near future," the
minister said.
