Man sold drugs posing as underwear salesman

A drug dealer who posed as an underwear salesman in the Ambalangoda area was remanded until September 4 by the Balapitiya magistrate on Monday.

The suspect aged 23 is a resident of Telwatta, Meetiyagoda.

He was arrested with 2,000 milligrams of heroin by Ambalangoda Police on Sunday.

The suspect was engaged in the business for a long time posing as an underwear salesman , police said.

Ambalangoda Police are investigating.
