Korean language to school curriculum

The Education Ministry will introduce the Korean Language to the school curriculum.

The National Institute of Education (NIE) has commenced a Korean Language training programme for 100 school teachers.

NIE Director General Prof W M Abeyratne has made arrangements to continue the Korean language proficiency Diploma Course for school teachers with the help of five language experts from Korean Universities," said Kurunegala Deputy Education Director W M Balasooriya.
