Vivekanandan elected Senior Vice Chairman of Asia Deaf Cricket
Federation
Well-known former sports star Shivantha Vivekanandan was elected the
Senior Vice Chairman, Asia Deaf Cricket Federation at the 4th Annual
General Meeting held at Lahore, Pakistan recently. He promoted leather
ball cricket for the deaf cricketers in Division III, conducted by Sri
Lanka Cricket.

He is the current President of the Sri Lanka Deaf Cricket Association
and President, Deaf School Past Pupils’ Association. The School for the
Deaf, Ratmalana and the Chairman, Centenary Celebrations Organizing
Committee Deaf School Past Pupils’ Association section where the Schools
for the Deaf and Blind, Ratmalana celebrated 100 years this year. The
following office-bearers were elected:-
