Bangladesh recall Reza
Bangladesh's cricket selectors on Thursday recalled all-rounder
Farhad Reza for the World Twenty20, starting in Sri Lanka next month.
The 26-year-old, who played his last T20 international in November
2011 against Pakistan, replaced paceman Nazmul Hossain who was part of
the T20 squad which toured Europe last month.
"We opted for Reza considering his all-round ability. He is the kind
of player Twenty20 games need," Bangladesh Cricket Board chief selector
Akram Khan told AFP. Reza has played eight T20 internationals since
making his debut in 2006.AFP |
