Gurukula taste first defeat

Gurukula Vidyalaya, Kelaniya under 15 division one cricket team had to taste the first defeat in the on going inter school cricket tournament for this season when Thurstan College, Colombo beat them on parabola system and played at Thurstan Grounds, Colombo.

Taking the first lease Gurukula were 98 for 9 when rain interrupted play. The game was restricted to 24 overs and homsters scored 78 for 8 in 23.3 overs.
