PC House recently opened a dedicated laptop repair and service outlet
in a bid to provide customers a more efficient after sales service.
Conveniently situated on the first floor of Unity Plaza, Colombo 04, the
spacious service outlet is steered by a team consisting of well
experienced and trained technical experts, promising customers a timely
and proficient diagnosis for all laptop related problems.

Thufail Musadeen, COO of PCH Retail, Regional and SMB Business
operations said, "At PC House we understand that it is not only
sufficient to provide customers with the best IT related products, but
also to ensure that they have access to a competent team of experts who
can help solve issues that may arise while using these products.
That is the main reason behind the opening of the new dedicated
repair and service outlet. Our original service center which was also
situated at Unity Plaza had very limited space and hampered our ability
to provide assistance to all customers.
The new service outlet is almost three times larger allowing us to
accommodate a larger number of customers."
The repair and service team has undergone extensive training in a
number of areas and is fully equipped with the best repair equipment to
ensure that discerning customers will receive an efficient and effective
service.
The outlet will provide customers with a wide-range of services
including motherboard chip-level repairing, maintenance and service
contracts, installation and troubleshooting of PC security solutions,
and OS recovery.
It would also offer data backup and recovery and stock hardware
components from a host of reputed brands.
