TECHZONE plans to meet market trends

Commending the highest sale of Intel products in the market and offering a large range of top global bands in laptops for mobile computing, Techzone is now set to expand further in the market prepping itself by aligning products to suit the future trends in the industry.

Techzone CEO Mohomed Naushad outlining the company's plan for the future noted that a series of retail stores are set to be opened in all parts of the country displaying its entire line of computer products, software and peripherals. "Our target is to go to the customer without waiting for the customers to come to us," Naushad said. By operating their own stores and building them in desirable high traffic locations, the Company will be also be able to better control the customer retail experience and attract new customers. "The stores will be designed to simplify and enhance the presentation and marketing of personal computing products."

Techzone as at now is home to a number of global brands that includes Asus, Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Sony and Toshiba with configurations ranging from entry-level units to hardcore 'extreme' gamer configurations designed to provide the highest performance and satisfaction.

Techzone also offers a wide selection of desktop PCs, computer peripherals and software solutions to meet diverse client requirements that include processors, motherboards, RAMS, Hard Disks, etc.

The company also has a number of corporate IT solutions and services, with a selection of customized servers and networking configurations under their belt. "We offer operating systems, Leading Anti-virus brands such as Norton, ESET and Kaspersky while being an authorized agent for GSkill, EVGA, Inwin and Razor products and a reseller for prestigious brands such as Intel, Epson, Toshiba, Dell, Acer and Asus. Although all of these are the original brands, Techzone has been able to offer each of these brands at highly competitive prices . In fact I can confidently say that we offer the best prices in the market at present," Naushad said.

He said the main gap were in the area of after sales service. The technology industry is one of the industries were customer satisfaction is not based just on the product alone , but on the after sales service as well. Consumers who buy technology products normally do not have expert knowledge to solve any problems that might arise or any after purchase issues that would need to be resolved. It is an important strategy for a company in this industry not only to have a product that work, but after sales services that are top quality.

Speaking on the unique selling points Techzone has to overcome this issue , He said that the company's success lies in the fact that it offers excellent after sales services and 24x7 technical support. With a sales and service team comprising of experienced and dedicated technocrats, Techzone is always geared to offer best customer satisfaction. "We understand that computer systems have problems. Hence, we are offering 24X7 technical supports to our customers, with our trained technical experts. We also provide timely, effective and onsite technical support to all customers. This include system trouble-shooting, hardware replacement, software upgrades and system maintenance. All this is done in the shortest time frame."

Another key USP the company has is the availability of a range of top brands under one roof. "We are basically a One-Stop-Shop for our customers. Be it a Laptop, Desktop Computer, server, operating systems, antivirus, computer peripherals and accessories, gaming products, all of these are at hand immediately when you visit our outlets. This is a definite area where we have an edge over our competitors in the market."

Naushad said that smartphones are the in things now and more so in the future. He also noted that as processor manufacturers continue developing smaller, less power hungry and increasingly powerful products, the traditional desktop computer edges nearer and nearer to the back door.

"With tablets from the likes of Samsung, Dell, iPad we have been given almost complete desktop functionality in the palm of our hand. The successors to these devices will be empowered by multi-core processors, advanced graphic processing units and more RAM and ROM enabling users to carry out every task they want on their hand-held device." This would also 'de-centralise' the workplace in ways not seen since the introduction of the World Wide Web.

Yet another trend imminent is gaming, he said. With the fastest growing platform for video games today being is the PC, gaming products are now officially the fastest selling customer device. "We at Techzone currently engage in marketing a range of products in gaming and will be geared to meet future trends in the market in this sphere successfully, he added.
