Illegal abortion facility raided, ‘doctor’, three women arrested
A so- called doctor and three women were
arrested by the Kurunegala Crime Investigation Unit when they raided
an illegal abortion clinic at Wellangolla Watte, Kurunegala on
Thursday. The Police raided the place after obtaining a search
warrant following a tip-off.
