TVS opens modern service facility at Peliyagoda

TVS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd recently opened an ultra-modern service facility in Peliyagoda for TVS three wheelers and motor bikes. TVS Lanka managed to capture a descent share of the motor cycle and three wheeler market in the country in the last decade and their well trained technical staff is fully geared to offer the best after sales service to their customers.

This latest service facility of TVS will be used as a training centre to train the staff members of the authorized service dealers around the country and the staff of TVS Lanka. The ultra-modern machines and technology used in the facility will increase the productivity which will ultimately benefit the customers who use this service facility.

At the opening of this service facility, Chief Executive Officer, Sampath Agalawatta said, “our main objective of this ultra-modern service facility is to provide a total satisfactory service to our customers. The interior of this facility is designed in such way, that the customers can watch how their vehicles are being serviced and or repaired. We have added the best available technology to this facility to give the best possible service to our customers and delight them with a superior after sales service.”

Geethal Anthony, Head of Marketing of TVS Lanka said; “we regularly upgrade the technology to provide with a better service to individual and corporate customers.

The standard of our after sales service department has always been better than the competition and that has made the retail and corporate sector to continue their businesses with TVS. A dedicate work bay is in place for corporate customers for their convenience. TVS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, was launched as a collaboration between United Motors and TVS & Sons India in 2003.

Today TVS has over 1000 touch points around the island, to provide its customers and superlative service experience.
