Three wicket win for St Aloysius

A magnificient 91 from 100 balls with a dozen boundaries and four sixes by S Mihiran of Debarawewa National School could not prevent St Aloysius College Galle from winning the under 17 division one cricket match by three wickets last Monday.

Batting first Debarawewa NS were restricted to 182 runs in 44.4 overs. Yasiru Gunawardena and A Gimhana captured three wickets each.

The Aloysius batsmen reached the victory target in an identical 44.4 overs with three wickets to spare. K Kularathna was the highest scorer with 38.
