Sri Sumangala win by six wickets

Sri Sumangala College, Panadura beat their home town rivals St John’s College, Panadura by six wickets in their under 15 division one tournament cricket match organized by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association and worked off at Panadura.

Johnians taking the first lease bowled out for a paltry 89 runs and Sumangalians notched up the required score for the loss of four wickets with Samith Yasantha scoring 43 runs. St John’s 89 in 20 overs (N Darshana 17, Savinda Thilakshana 3 for 11, Kethmina Kevindu 2 for 20).

Sri Sumangala 92 for 4 in 16.3 overs (Samith Yasantha 43 n.o., Lahiru Chamika 19, S Pramod 3 for 26).
