Dharmaraja College, Kandy emerged Central Province Under 13 Soccer Champions when they defeated Trinity College, Kandy by 5 goals to 3. This tournament was held on 25th & 26th June at Bogambara Grounds, Kandy jointly organized by the Sri Lanka Football Federation and Central Province Soccer Development Project. 14 teams participated in this tourney and the Organizing Secretary was former Sri Lanka Soccer Cap. Diamond Seneviratne. In the first Semi-final Trinity College beat D.S. Senanayake Vidyalaya, Kandy by 2 goals to Nil. To enter the finals while in the other semi-finals Dharmaraja College beat Bereverts College, Ampitiya by 2 goals to Nil.
