Gurukula Vidyalaya, Kelaniya beat Sri Pangnananda Vidyalaya, Raddoluwa by eight wickets in their inter-school Under 15 division one cricket tournament match organized by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association and worked off at Colombo.

Sri Pangnananda batting first were dismissed for 103 runs with Lahiru Chamara claiming 4 for 9 and in reply Gurukula notched up the required score for the loss of two wickets with Nipul Maduka unbeaten on 46 runs.

Sri Pangnananda Vidyalaya - 103 (Kanishka Fernando 39, Duminda Themiya 2/18, Janidu Tharaka 2/20, Lahiru Chamara 4/9).

Gurukula - 104/2 (Damith Lakshan 30, Nipul Maduka 46 n/o).
