Labourer dies, three nabbed

Three suspects were remanded until June 28 by the Nugegoda magistrate after being produced in court in connection with a person’s death in Dehiwala.

Police arrested the suspects after the postmortem report.

D Ratnasiri, a watcher at a construction site of a two storeyed house in Vihara Para, Kalubowila, Dehiwala, died after being attacked by a wooden pole.

The body of the victim was found by the Police inside the work place.
