Exploring potential in Vietnam tourism

The potential of promoting Vietnam as a tourist destination is being explored by the Vietnamese Embassy in Sri Lanka with the support from Travel Agents Association of Sri Lanka.

World Travel Centre was invited to the event to share its success story as the leading travel agent operating to Vietnam.

Ms. Swarnamali Ariyarathne, the Outbound Manager at World Travel Centre, delivered a presentation along with her firsthand experiences in touring Vietnam. “Vietnam was a fresh offer on our cards and it turned-out very well with groups traveling quite frequently.

We are confident on Vietnam as a sellable tourist destination comparing with our regular multiple-day packages offered to China, Egypt and also the pilgrimage tour packages which are popular,” Ms. Ariyarathne said.

World Travel Centre would be always there to walk forward hand-in-hand with the Vietnamese Embassy, travel agents and everyone interested in exploring the true potential in tourism,” she added.
