Kegalle District kabbadi champions

Kegalle District Kabbadi team emerged men's champions in the 24th National Youth Sports Festival Kabbadi tournament when they beat Ratnapura District team. Vavuniya District finished in third place.

Gampaha District became the women's champions by defeating Galle District. Kandy District placed third.Both men's and women's finals were worked off at Kumime grounds , Baddegama recently.

Meanwhile Anuradhapura and Badulla District entered the finals in the football championship of the 24 National Youth Sports Festival.
