Hospital employee brutally assaulted

An employee of the Panadura Base Hospital was admitted to the hospital after being brutally assaulted allegedly by some hospital employees following a fight between them on Friday night.

Most of the night employees were under the influence of liquor. The suspects are evading arrest.

The fight had started over a transfer order. Panadura Police are investigating.
