TVS holds Annual Service Dealer Conference 2012 to reward top performers

TVS Lanka recently held their Annual Service Dealer Conference 2012 for their island wide dealer network at the Randiya Hotel in Koralawella, Moratuwa. With an attendance of over 350 service dealers covering all four corners of the island, representative from TVS and Sons TVS Motor Company Ranjith Fernando – Chairman United Motors and the Management Team of TVS Lanka also participated in the occasion.

The colourful and glittery event was themed “Speed.” “The thinking behind the theme was that today’s evolving customer needs are changing rapidly and as an organization to be ahead of the race we need to be proactive and fast in our delivery, after sales service is an area that TVS Lanka is always are head of its competition, and we have seen that TVS customers are always loyal to the brand TVS,” said Geethal Anthony Head of Marketing.

The Dealer Conference was twofold; one was to educate the service dealer on the emerging and innovative trends in the industry and to recognize them for their exceptional performance and many awards were presented in recognition of the outstanding performance to the top dealers as well as special tour packages and cash prizes for dealers and TVS Lanka field service staff.

Speaking at the event the CEO of TVS Lanka Sampath Agalawatta said, “My congratulations to all of you for your outstanding performers for this year who have worked very hard to achieve the set service standard and targets and strengthening the TVS Brand and the grassroots. For the coming year speedy delivery will be the key and way forward.”
