99X Technology wins Gold Award

99X Technology became the first-ever software company in Sri Lanka to
win the prestigious Arch of Europe Gold Award for Quality and
Technology.
The award was handed over to Mano Sekaram, CEO of 99X Technology at
the BID International Quality Convention 2012 held in Frankfurt, Germany
earlier this week.
Organized by Business Initiative Directions (BID), the awards
ceremony and convention recognized and rewarded the efforts of companies
from 48 countries from around the world. Established in 1986 and based
in Madrid in Spain, BID's primary objective and focus is towards sharing
a culture of quality in leading companies worldwide. Each year BID has
been recognizing the quality efforts of many leading organizations in
the world. In fact, BID is currently the most important private
organization in the world presenting a quality award. Commenting on the
award winners, President and CEO of BID, Jose E. Prieto said, “The
