SIP organizes Lankapack 2012

Lankakpack 2012 organized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Packing
Development Centre (SIPDC) will be held from May 25 to 27 at the BMICH,
Colombo..
In tandem with the mega event, an International Packaging Conference
will be held on May 24.
The Ministry of Industries and Commerce has extended its fullest
corporation to make the event a success.
The crowing event of of the packaging industry, the event will
showcase the vast potential of the island's packaging industry and will
offer a platform for the latest products globally.
Towards this end, 35 Indian and 10 Chinese entities have confirmed as
direct participants.
Dudley Thambinayagam, President of the SL Institute of Packaging said
that the growing demand for consumption in the domestic market coupled
with the growth of exports packing industry is experiencing an expansion
in its products portfolio . To meet the new challenges, the industry
fraternity is working diligently towards taking the industry to the next
level. |
