springtime across the globe is taken seriously. Globally, spring or
springtime is the season that surfaces nature at its best form
everything blooms, is in abundance and are in the freshest of quality.

yes it is a celebration of mother nature, festivals like St Patricks Day
in Ireland, Indian Holi are a celebration at the dawn of Spring and now
we have it named: Festival of Spring at the Terrace."

Spring at MLH personifies all what springtime brings," GM Anura Dewapura
stated. So spring forward with the Festival of Spring at the Terrace
from April 16 to the 22 with an innovative a-la-carte menu that surfaces
the freshest and tastiest ingredients for a week full of complete
goodness.
Salads: Barley salmon salad with Arugula vinaigrette,
Cucumber-buttermilk vichyssoise, Escarole salad, Crisp pear, Gorgonzola
and honey-sesame vinaigrette, Marinated mushrooms, Caramelized salsify
and Endive salad
Main: Moroccan Cornish hen with pine nut and lemon couscous, Spring
lamb with snow pea risotto and wild mushroom jus, Wild barramundi with
artichoke hearts, taglioni, baked garlic and lemon cream, Slow baked
salmon with caramelized endive, Fuji apple and curried gnocchi
Desserts: Raspberry turnovers, Chocolate and fig strudel, Apricot tarte tatin, Fresh blueberry pie |
