Romesh, Deepak and Duli

Ceylon Continental Hotel took centre stage this April season in Nuwara Eliya with, Heist on the Hills. This has been inspired by their most recent endeavour - Continental Outdoors, the new outdoor catering unit. Along with its state of the art equipment, expertise in the culinary field and a passion to provide an exemplary service bringing the latest in outdoor catering trends alongside a stunning location.

On April 6 the edge of Gregory Lake came to life with our Heist on the Hills' restaurant offering all guests the best of Nuwara Eliya, incredible food and a picturesque view. As the night came to a close, the restaurant came alive with a stream of highly esteemed guests and invitees from Colombo and the elite of Nuwara Eliya, including the mayor Mahinda Dodampegamage and his wife Pushpika Dodampegamage. The guests were greeted by the hotel's General Manager Kamal Munasinghe and Director of Sales and Marketing Harsha Samaranayake.

The guests at the event thoroughly enjoyed our soirée with the charming mix of lounge music and a grand selection of canapés from sushi to smoked salmon prepared by the hotel's executive chef and his team of talented culinary professionals.

Till April 22 Heist on the Hills will provide a great source of entertainment for this season. Lunch will be served from 11 am to 3 pm and dinner 6 pm to 11 pm. Guests are welcome to spend the entire day at the venue with a great snack menu and beverages to keep the spirits high.
