SLTS to implement ERP solution in Samurdhi Authority

SLTS is to implement ERP system in Sumurdhi Authority Banks (Sangam/Maha Sangam) shortly.

The ERP system will replace their account transactions.

Currently these Banks (Sangam/Maha Sangam) members/non member's details operates manually. Over a thousand of Sangam banks under three hundred and eighteen Maha Sangam (Regional Offices) were using the manual methods to update their Bank transactions, of members/non members details and other bank records.

According to CEO SLTS, Prasaanna Perera " This proposed bank system will have several modules, which will benefit Sumurdihi beneficiaries in dealing with respective Samurdhi banks located islandwide.

Speaking at this occasion Director General Samurdhi Authority of Sri Lanka Bandula Thilakasiri said "this bank system with the latest technology, could help the Sumurdhi Authority get several benefits, to increase the productivity of the samurdhi banks and help improve the facility for rural and urban population.
