Making Sri Lanka attractive for German investors

The Sri Lanka – Germany Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce recently organized a presentation by German Trade and Invest (GTaI) on “ setting up businesses in Germany and making Sri Lanka an attractive market for German investors” at the Royal Golf Club Colombo. Katrin Pasvantis, Director German Trade and Invest GTaI, based in Mumbai India made the presentation. She also covers the Asia Pacific region for GTaI.

Germany Trade and Invest combines the in – depth analysis of foreign markets with extensive knowledge of Germany’s key industries and its investment and technology landscape. GTaI is supported by a network of 60 experts abroad and close corporation with the German Chamber Network (AHKs) etc.

This is the first ever visit by GTaI to Sri Lanka. It served as an ideal platform for the attendees to learn more avenues on German-Sri Lankan Business Promotions. Details of similar upcoming programmes could be obtained from www.chamber.lk.
