Amila Aponso, a student of St.Sebastians College has made superb

bowling, he has claimed a matchbag of 10 wickets (10 for 54) against

Kandana. Last season he missed several matches because of his
commitments to the under 19 national team. But he score 320 runs in 12
matches with a best of 58 against St. Peter's College with a
half-century (58).
He has been playing for the under-19 Sri Lanka national squad last
year and this year. And he won the award for the best bowler at the
Observer-Mobitel schoolboy cricketer of the year awards ceremony in
2011. He thanks a number of persons who helped him to reach this level,
