Poetry book on cricket to be launched

Former Cricket Board Consultant Neurologist Dr Githanjana Mendis will meet the present Cricket Board Head Upali Dharmadasa this week requesting him to consider the possibility of the Board launching a poetry book on cricket titled Leader of World Peace, Making Cricket the First Step written by Senior Journalist Edward Arambewala.

Arambewala on Tuesday had met Dr Mendis and had a discussion with him on the subject. Dr Mendis will hand over a copy of the poetry book to Dharmadasa.
