Avirate showcases Spring Collection 2013 at Colombo Fashion Week 2012

A preview of Avirate's Spring Collection 2013 was unveiled at this year's annual Colombo Fashion Week. A total of 16 one of a kind pieces were showcased to give fashionistas a sneak peak of the forthcoming collection and are presently available for sale at the Avirate‚ Flagship Store. The Collection's theme was Calypso Life _ showcasing an eclectic mix of bright, bold and youthful pieces complimenting the vibrancy of spring.

The Calypso theme captured fresh colourful looks that crossed the extremes. The influence of music is an integral part of the Calypso lifestyle and it could be seen reflected in the flow of the garments walking the runway such as maxi dresses with three dimensional and printed floral details displaying fresh exoticness perfect for the wardrobe. The true Avirate signature style was brought out through the glamorous side of the Calypso life in cotton evening gowns with corsage decorations that exhibited grace and sensuality; an ideal look for a beach bride with precious stone works and sheer luxury. Handmade flower corsages, and metallic palm embroidery added light to the garments, enhancing the brightness further. Another significant feature was a mixture of prints within the same garment, bringing out the versatility of spring.

The current Avirate Spring Collection in-store boasts of pastels and earthy colours that have been walking the runways this season, with floral prints and lace being another front runner.

One of our most loved trends that have been seen in A-List Fashion Shows is the Safari inspired Tribal Print pieces with mixed prints, textures and vibrant hues. As far as fashion is concerned this spring Avirate has something to compliment the fashionista in you.

Cleansui water filtration products include Pictcher, Faucet , Counter Top, Built-in Type and Industrial Solutions, along with replacement filters.Cleansui original proprietary filtration system ensures the high level of performance that has made them one of the better choices of water purifier in the Japanese market.

Most water purifiers currently available in the market employ an activated carbon or ceramic filter. As a result, they are capable of improving the taste of the water, but cannot entirely remove microorganisms or other impurities within the water. The range of products features a unique state-of-art filtration system which uses a combination of ceramics, activated carbon and hollow fibre membrane technology. The special ceramics removes soluble lead. The activated carbon filter reduces unpleasant odours, chlorine and mould, and also successfully removes pesticides, herbicides, CAT and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). The core competence of Cleansui is their Hollow Fibre Membrane Technology, made from ultra-fine polyethylene. The sidewalls can remove particles as minute as 0.1 micrometer from tap water, including bacteria, algae, fungi, micro-organisms, cysts, cryptosporidium, and metal particles such as rust, lead etc.

Whilst removing up to 13 potentially harmful substances (depending on the filter chosen), the purifiers still allow the end product (pure drinking water) to retain its beneficial nutrients and minerals.

ABC Trade and Investments (Pvt) Ltd. will act as a distributor for Cleansui range in the Sri Lanka. We plan to utilise our strong distributor networks to bring the products to the market.

"The water filtration market within Sri Lanka is growing, with many individuals and families increasingly focused on living a healthy lifestyle and avoiding potential health risks. The Cleansui range of filtration products provides ultimate peace of mind for people who want to drink pure, clean water," said Jayaseelan, Director / CEO of ABC Trade & Investments (Pvt) Ltd.

This product has been given high ratings for its performance as a micro filtration membrane, and is currently in use in a wide range of application fields, including within medical and industrial industries. In 1984, Mitsubishi Rayon entered the water purification market with their unique dual filtration system (activated carbon and hollow fibre module), and as the world's first brand of water purifier equipped with hollow fibre membrane filter this provided a solution to issues such as bacteria proliferation in retained water.
