Deyata Kirula creates a strong platform for overall development of
the country through an attitudinal change, said Prime Minister D M

The Prime Minister said so participating in the concluding ceremony
of the Deyata Kirula Exhibition held in Oyamaduwa, Anuradhapura.
"The Organization Committee of the exhibition including
Telecommunication and Information Technology Minister and Deyata Kirula
Exhibition Organization Committee Chairman Ranjith Siyambalapitiya has
taken measures to create an attitudinal change and a strong mentality
among people by showcasing the country's ancient and proud history
through Deyata Kirula exhibition", the Prime Minister said.
On the advice of President Mahinda Rajapaksa, The next Deyata Kirula
exhibition will be held in the Eastern Province probably in Ampara
district which will experience rapid development.
The government will upgrade infrastructure and living standards in
the Ampara, Polonaruwa and Baticaloa districts, the PM noted.
The Prime Minister handed over the momentum sward which symbolizes
the Deyata Kirula Exhibition to the President Secretariat signifying the
successful conclusion of the sixth Deyata Kirula exhibition.
The event was graced by Defense Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and
Ministers Ranjith Siyambalapitiya, SM Chandrasena and Tissa Karaliyadda,
North Central Province Chief Minister Berty Premalal Dissanayaka and
many other distinguished guests.
