S. Thomas' 'A' win by an innings

S Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia 'A' team beat Prince of Wales College 'A' team by an innings and 106 runs in their inter-school second eleven match played at Moratuwa.

Resuming at 285 for 6 Thomians declared at 299 for 9 and in reply Cambrians did much better in the second essay and they were all out for 140 runs. Neomal Wickremarathne had a good spell of bowling with 5 for 32.
