Grand opening of the first turf wicket at SJK

Under the sponsorship of former Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama, the Chief Organizer of the SLFP for Kotte electorate and with the courtesy of a donation from the Pakistan Cricket Board, the first historic turf wicket at Kotte will be inaugurated at the grounds of Ananda Sastralaya Kotte at 9 am today.

It will be inaugurated by the Chief Guest Bogollagama. The Pakistani High Commissioner Seema Illahi Baloch will grace the occasion as Guest of Honour. The ground restoration was carried out under the generous contribution of Capt M G Kularatne, Chairman of Maga Construction Ltd, who will grace the occasion as an Honoured Guest.
