LB Finance opens new office

LB Finance PLC opened its new corporate office to public at Colpetty
yesterday with an investment Rs 1 billion. LB Finance Chairman Lalith
Wijeyeratne told the Daily News Business that it has acquired a property
in Colombo 03 from its controlling shareholder for Rs 789 million to set
up its new corporate office. Rest of the money has been spent on
refurbishing the building.
The new corporate office that will have dedicated its space for
personalized financial services, VIP gold loan services, currency
exchange facilities and will also house a state-of-the-art auditorium,
stated Adhihetty, expanding on the building functional aspects. The
auditorium will be mainly used for in-house development and training
programmes for over 1,500 staff of LB Finance.

Other main feature is the energy saving technology incorporated in to
the framework, from lighting to office equipment and use of space.
At present LB Finance PLC is being operated at 52 fully pledge
branches and 57 credit centres all over the country to provide a better
financial experience for its customers.
The goal of the LB Finance PLC is that by adhering to its pledges and
following its vision to become the most respected and sought after
creator of wealth in Sri Lanka. |
