People will not fall prey to JVP tactics - minister

Although the bankrupt JVP hard up for political slogans, is trying to use the GCE Advanced Level Examination results controversy as a ploy to incite people against the government, intelligent masses will not fall prey to such tactics, said Agrarian Services and Wildlife Minister S M Chandrasena.

He said certain public servants through their negligence had offered political slogans to the JVP and other bankrupt opposition parties by bungling the GCE A-L Examination results and they should be penalized for this fault which had caused problems to students and parents without allowing them to go scot free.
