Kasun scores 168 for Xavierites

Suleka Kasun scored a brilliant knock of 168 runs to held Xavierites SC to grab honours against Kurunegala SC in their Sara Trophy Division I two-day match played at Maliyadeva Ground Kurunegala.

Asith Kumara (74) and Rasika Wickramarathne (73) helped KSC to make 266 in the first innings, but Kasun's knock lifted the visitors' total to 358 in the first innings. KSC scored 177 for their second innings with Dulitha Malmeewala scoring 60. At close of play, Xavierites were 4 for none.
